Repair and Warranty Confidence.
We offer you the flexibility and affordability of choosing to have your unit professionally overhauled or exchanged. Exchange pricing is a flat rate fee. No Bill back for normally worn parts. (Restrictions apply). Overhaul pricing includes parts that are changed 100% of the time in the course of overhaul. All of the work to perform the overhaul (initial inspection, teardown, cleaning, estimate preparation, reassembly, testing and final inspection), plus any worn parts. (Exchange Restrictions) – Excludes Inconel Bellows Assy. (FCU), Cracked housings, failed bellows assembly (Bleed Valves), where applicable, and missing parts are additional. Every effort will be made to incorporate allowable rework, PMA and Overhaul Condition items to keep the price down. Each unit comes with a Dual Release 8130-3/EASA Airworthiness Certification.
OVERHAUL WARRANTY:
All warranties are limited to our workmanship. Parts are warranted by their respective manufacturers. Overhauled accessories have a warranty of 1000 hours or one (1) year, whichever occurs first.
REPAIR WARRANTY:
Repaired items that, in the opinion of Accurate Accessories, LLC. are approved for release to be returned to service (accompanied by a Dual Release FAA 8130.3 tag, C of C or an Accurate Accessories, LLC. serviceable tag) hold a warranty of 600 hours or six (6) months whichever occurs first.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:
Accurate Accessories warranty policy does not cover removal, installation, down time, shipping damage, or any other expenses incurred by the end user. Unauthorized disassembly of a unit and or removal of lock wire or seals voids warranty. No warranty, guarantee or approval for return to service is given to any accessory that is accompanied by a “Partial Repair” tag. All warranties are null and void on unpaid invoices. All warranties begin from date of shipment.
FIXED CHARGED:
Accurate Accessories provides competitive hourly rates. Our evaluation fee for a unit determined to be BER (Beyond Economical Repair) or items requested to be returned by customer for any reason will incur a minimum of 2 hrs. shop labor plus any additional charges (NDT, Outside processing, etc.), if applicable.
CONDITION OF UNITS RECEIVED:
Accurate Accessories pricing is based on the assumption that units are running units received in “as removed” and/or timed out condition (Unless otherwise noted). Visual inspection is conducted on all items received. Any missing parts or external damage will be noted and reflected on customers cost estimate.
ACCESSORY PRICE QUOTE:
Quotes are valid for 90 days from date of issuance and are contingent upon O.E.M. vendor pricing of required parts (if any) and availability and is subject to revision after 90 days.
PAYMENTS AND RETURNS:
PAYMENTS – Payment will be made in United States Currency in the terms set up between buyer and seller. Accurate Accessories reserves the right to modify or withdraw credit terms at any time without notice and to require guarantees, security or payment in advance of the amount of credit involved. If buyer fails to fulfill the terms of payment, Accurate Accessories may defer further shipments to buyer or, at its option, cancel the unshipped portion of the buyer’s order. Buyer agrees to pay 2% interest on all past due invoices.
